After 3 VERY long days of shooting, we are finally wrapped on "Sarah's Dodge" a short film penned by Edward Balli, Jeff Dunnett and myself, Ed also stars in the film as the sometimes funny, sometimes weak, but always interesting Lucas. Also starring in the film are Claire Stollery, Ky Gratton and Paige Gillespie, all of whom did an outstanding job.I'm watching the rushes now, and am just amazed at how well it turned out. I don't think I have ever been this proud or satisfied with the outcome of a film, it's a strange feeling to finally be totally satisfied. I mean, there are a couple of things that I would reshoot, but overall, I can edit around the minor issues.
I'm hoping to have something up very soon, possibly the first 1-2 minutes. Maybe by the middle of next week. In the meantime, here is a poster I've created, enjoy.
